Frequently Asked Questions

What is the target demographic of the event?

Conclave attracts over 400 undergraduate and graduate students, alongside university faculty and leading wildlife professionals from throughout the southeastern United States, providing a unique targeted marketing opportunity.

Are sponsorship contributions tax-deductible?

Yes, all sponsorship funds are processed through the Tennessee Tech Foundation, a registered 501(c)(3) organization. Sponsors will receive a receipt for their charitable contribution for tax purposes.

When is the deadline for marketing materials?

To ensure inclusion in printed materials, t-shirts, and signage, high-resolution logos and marketing assets must be submitted by January 15th, 2027. Online recognition begins immediately upon commitment.
